INCHES FROM HEAT SOURCE, UNTIL SKIN IS CHARRED AND BLISTERED - ABOUT 10
MINUTES. IMMEDIATELY PLACE PEPPERS IN PLASTIC BAG; SEAL TIGHTLY AND LET
COOL. SCRAPE AWAY CHARRED SKIN; RINSE PEPPERS QUICKLY UNDER COLD WATER
TO REMOVE ANY BLACK BITS. USE IMMEDIATELY IN SALADS, ON PIZZAS. OR
STORE WITH OLIVE OR VINEGAR IN A JAR IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
