COOKING AND CANNING.

ITALIAN (PLUM) - SMALLER IN SIZE AND OVAL IN SHAPE, WITH THICK, MEATY
FLESH AND FEW SEEDS. BEST FOR SAUCES.

CHERRY - SMALL, THE SIZE OF A WALNUT; VERY SWEET. IDEAL FOR HORS D'
OEUVRES AND TO DRESS UP KABOBS ON THE GRILL.

YELLOW - FOUND IN A VARIETY OF SHAPES AND SIZES, THESE ARE LESS ACIDIC
THAN RED TOMATOES. THEY ARE IDEAL FOR PRESERVES AND JAMS AND ADD COLOR
TO YOUR SALAD BOWL.
