TOAST SESAME SEEDS LIGHTLY IN A HEAVY SKILLET, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BRUSH FILLETS WITH OIL. COAT WITH SESAME SEEDS. SPRINKLE FILLETS WITH GARLIC POWDER AND SALT. PLACE ON TOP OF ONIONS.
